Bureacratia provides a beautiful overview of public servants all over the world. In China, Liberia, Yemen, India, America, France … What do they put on the wall, what does their desk look like, what do the have in common.
They create a world of their own: those from before the desk and those behínd the desk. The bureaucrat creates its power by his signatures and official guidelines or his impressive stack of paper files.
